Communecards
A study platform that pairs spaced repetition with collaborative learning, and the project that got me hooked on building product UI.

Overview
Communecards is one of my earliest full-stack builds: a study tool where flashcard decks are scheduled by spaced repetition and shared between learners, so a class can study the same material together instead of alone.
I designed the interface in Figma before writing a line of code, including the timed quiz rounds shown above. It’s still the project I point to when people ask where the design side of my work comes from.
What I built
- Quiz and study interface designed end to end in Figma, including timed rounds with a visible countdown.
- A spaced-repetition study flow that resurfaces cards right before you'd forget them.
- Collaborative decks built for group study, not just solo review.
